The 2016 SyncSummit NY took place mid-June at Webster Hall in the East Village, NYC. Like other events in this series, this two-day conference is centered around networking within the sync world and featured professionals from all areas of the music-in-media industry.

At each SyncSummit, music supervisors, music in media executives, rights holders, lawyers, music publishers, industry researchers and experts, songwriters, are among the many hosts and panelists who appear in a “talk show” setting that encouraged conversation with conference attendees.

Don’t worry if you missed SyncSummit NY; there are three more sync-based events on the horizon.

Music Matters and SyncSummit are hosting an event in Singapore this upcoming September, focused on music in advertising and media. The Music Matters Conference, part of the larger All That Matters Conference, will feature speakers from companies such as Live Nation Entertainment, Sony Music Entertainment Asia, Kobalt, and Format Entertainment. SyncSummit and Future Music Forum will host SyncSummit Barcelona this September, focusing on the evolving music sharing and tech industries in the digital age. This will be the only European Sync Summit event this year, with over 200 groups of music professionals at this informative and explorative music industry event.

The 2016 SyncSummit Hollywood will take place this November. Attendees will hear from some of the most influential music supervisors in the industry, get a chance to chat with professionals about some of the main issues and occurrences in the music-to-picture field, and network with people from diverse areas of the music industry and homogeneous businesses.
